摘 要:目的探讨p73在前列腺癌中表达的意义。方法以免疫组化法检测 6 7例前列腺癌及 12例正常前列腺组织p73和p5 3的表达。结果12例正常前列腺组织均无阳性表达 ,前列腺癌组织中p73表达的阳性率为 4 0 .3% (2 7/ 6 7) ,2 7例p73阳性表达的前列腺癌组织中均有p5 3蛋白过度表达 ,p73阳性表达率与前列腺癌组织病理分级、临床分期及患者 5年生存明显相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论p73在前列腺癌的发生及癌细胞分化过程中起重要作用 。ObjectivesTo explore the gene expression of p73 protein in prostate cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The gene expression of p73 and p53 proteins in prostatic tissues from 67 cases with prostate cancer and 12 healthy controls was detected by ABC immunohistochemical method . Results The gene expression of p73 protein in prostate tissue of 12 normal controls was negative , while the positive expression rate of p73 gene in prostate cancer group was 40.3% , p53 gene was all over expressed in the 27 cases with positive expression of p73 gene. The positive expression rates of p73 gene were significantly correlated with the pathological grade ,clinical stage of cancers and the five years survival of the patients(P<0.01). Conclusion p73 gene may play an important role in the occurrence and differentiation of prostate cancer , so detection of p73 protein is of some referential value in its prognosis.
