大量定制化环境下高职教学计划的设计

摘　　要：用人单位的需求是高等职业院校赖以生存的基础。为增强竞争力,适应不断变化的外部环境,学校的教学必须不断改革和创新。本文阐述了在大量定制化环境下教学计划的适应性问题,并根据实际情况详尽地论述教学计划的制定程序和方法、教学模块的设置方法。同时,为解决个性化教学问题,提高效率,降低教学成本,提出了模块学分制的教学管理模式。The article expounds the adaptability of teaching plan under the circumstance of mass customization , states in detail the procedure and method to lay down teaching plan and the provision of teaching module based on the actual condition.In the meantime, in order to resolve the problem of individuality in teaching, increase efficiency and decrease teaching cost, the article puts forward a leaching pattern of module credit system.
