利用图像先验知识与Snake结合对心脏序列图像的分割

摘　　要：核磁共振医学图像的分割在医学诊断中具有重要的意义.针对心脏的核磁共振切片图像的心室分割,提出将图像先验知识与Snake相结合的方法,克服了Snake方法分割的不足,获得了优于原方法的分割效果.Segmentations are very important in MR medical images. A new method i.e. to segment the ventricel sequence images with the combination of the priorknowledge of the images and snakes is proposed, which overcomes the disadvantages of snakes and improves the segmentation.
