摘　　要：引进了随机转移矩阵、随机密度矩阵及随机环境中的马氏过程的概念 ,进而引进了随机生灭q 矩阵及随机环境中的生灭过程的概念 .并且构造性地证明了随机环境中的生灭过程的存在性 .We introduce the concepts of random transition matrix, random density matrix and Markov process in random environment, especially, random birth and death q \|matrix and birth and death process in random environment in this paper. Finally, we prove the existence of birth and death process in random environment.
