摘　　要：介绍关于薄膜热物性的测试方法 ,分析了各种方法的适用条件 ,并对一些方法所得的薄膜热物性作了汇总比较 。Introduces methods for measuring thermophysical properties of thin films for MEMS applications.It analyzes the applicable conditions of these methods and compares the results obtained with them.The purpose of this work is to promote the further development of measurement methods of thin films used in MEMS.
