摘　　要：P物质是一种广泛存在于哺乳动物中枢及外周神经元系统中的11肽。采用有机溶剂分级法提纯鸡脑P物质,紫外分光光度计测定含量,聚酰胺薄膜层析分析氨基酸组成。结果表明:鸡脑P物质的氨基酸组成和N端氨基酸与资料中完全一致。Substance P is a kind of the peptide widely presented in the central nervous systems of the mammal.Substance P is extracted by organic solvent and measured by UV in this article.It is showed that the amino acid and N-amino acid of substance P from chicken brain are in agreement with previous reports.
