摘 要:用正交实验方法研究了玉米粉水解糖全部替代葡萄糖作碳源发酵麦白霉素的工艺条件 .结果表明 :摇瓶发酵培养基的最佳配比为玉米粉 5 .0 % ,黄豆饼粉 2 .8% ,磷酸二氢钾 0 .1 2 % ,碳酸钙 0 .48% .以 5 0 L发酵罐进行实验 ,得出了麦白霉素的发酵代谢曲线和玉米粉的适宜水解时间 .用 30 t发酵罐进行了放大实验 ,进一步说明用玉米粉水解糖作碳源发酵麦白霉素其发酵单位比用葡萄糖作碳源提高 1 8.4% ,生产成本降低 30 .0 % .A new method for fermentation of meleumycinum using hydrolysis sugar of maize meal as carbon source instead of glucose was proposed and investigated in this paper. Based on shaking flask experiments with orthogonal experimental methodology the optimum parameters for preparation of fermentation medium were obtained, i.e. maize meal 5.0%, soybean meal 2.8%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.12%, and calcium carbonate 0.48%. The fermentation metabolic curve and suitable hydrolysis time were obtained by experiments carried out in a 50L fermenting pot. The results of pilot experiments on scale of 30t fermenting pot indicates that, compared with glucose as carbon source for fermentation meleumycinum, the fermentation unity increases by 18.4% and the production cost decreases by 30.0% when hydrolysis sugar of maize meal was adopted as carbon source.
