摘 要:教学评价制度是高等教育管理重要手段之一,在高等教育教学管理中作用极为突出。在高校教学改革大环境下,教学评价制度一些弊端也逐渐暴露了出来,如何实现最佳教学评价模式,已经成为各高校教学关注热点。本文将以教学评价制度价值分析为切入点,对教学评价制度反思与重构展开全面论述,旨在改善高校教学评价制度问题,保证教学评价制度效能发挥质量。Teaching evaluation system is one of the important means of higher education management,which plays an extremely prominent role in the teaching management of higher education.Under the environment of teaching reform in Colleges and universities,some drawbacks of teaching evaluation system are gradually exposed.How to realize the best teaching evaluation model has become a hot topic of teaching concern in Colleges and universities.This paper will take the value analysis of teaching evaluation system as the breakthrough point,and comprehensively discuss the reflection and reconstruction of teaching evaluation system,aiming at improving the problems of teaching evaluation system in Colleges and universities and ensuring the effectiveness of teaching evaluation system to play a quality.
