摘 要:"以学生为中心"的教学特点是关注学生发展,注重教学效果,而教学设计、教学方法与教学手段灵活运用,最终实现从"教"为中心转向以"学"为中心。构建"以学生为中心"的教学评价体系应包含评价标准、评价形式、评价主体、评价结果多元化。教学质量关系到培养学生的质量,只有优质完备的教学质量保障,才能培养出高质量的优秀学生。因此,通过教学质量监控和保障体系建设,对"以学生为中心"的教学质量实施全人员、全过程、全方位的有效监控,保障教学工作良好运行,促进教学质量和效果有效提升,切实提高人才培养质量。'Student-centered'teaching is characterized by paying attention to the development of students and paying attention to the teaching effect,while teaching design,teaching methods and teaching methods are flexibly applied,and finally the realization of changing from'teaching-centered'to'learning-centered'.The construction of'student-centered'teaching evaluation system should include evaluation standard,evaluation form,evaluation subject and evaluation result.The quality of teaching is related to the quality of cultivating students.Only with the guarantee of quality and complete teaching quality,can we cultivate excellent students with high quality.Therefore,through the construction of the teaching quality monitoring and assurance system,the'student-centered'teaching quality is effectively monitored by all staff,the whole process and all aspects,ensuring the good operation of teaching work,promoting the effective improvement of teaching quality and effect,and effectively improving the quality of talent cultivation.
