论公民教育对思想政治教育的整合

摘　　要：公民教育可以整合思想政治教育。从二者的内涵外延看,整合之后,内涵和外延更明确。从国际趋势来看,公民教育概念已经被各国普遍接纳。从民众接受心理看,进行公民教育面向的受体更多,解决的问题更具体,更容易被接受。从操作层面来说,更具有可操作性,同时更容易取得效果。从以人为本,建立和谐社会来看,进行公民教育正符合我们培养自由而全面发展的人的观念。Civic education can integrate the ideological and political education. From the connotation and extension of the two, after integration, connotation and extension is more clear. From the international trend, the concept of citizen education has been widely accepted all over the world. From the perspective of public acceptance, civic education for the receptor more problems, more specific, more easily accepted from the operating level, more practical, and more easy to get results. From the people-oriented, building a harmonious society, civic education is in line with our culture of free and allround development of the people's ideas.
