摘 要:通过对马铃薯不同品种、自交实生薯家系、杂交实生薯家系等3类育种材料的微型薯在3种不同条件下休眠特性的分析,总结了3类育种材料的休眠特性及进行休眠调控的方法。结果表明,在室温(20℃)黑暗条件下,品种的休眠幅度为35~42d,自交家系休眠幅度为42~49d,杂交家系休眠幅度为49~63d;赤霉素处理能使3类育种材料的休眠期较室温下缩短25.0%~62.5%,休眠幅度缩短34.7%~71.4%,但芽长得纤细;变温处理能有效缩短休眠期较长的品种和家系的休眠时间,对缩短休眠期短的品种和家系的休眠时间效果不明显,但能使3类育种材料的休眠幅度较室温下缩短28.6%~50.0%,使芽长得较粗壮。赤霉素处理和变温处理均不能改变3种类型试验材料之间休眠幅度的差异。This paper is to analyze the dormancy characteristic of three types of minituber stuffs in three different promoting techniques of sproutpromotion. The result revealed that two families take more sproutingtime (the time takes from onesprouted to all) than varieties in three treatments. The diversity of the sproutingtimes of different stuffs is significant differences in all treatments. Gibberellins treatment can decrease the dormancytime 25.0%-62.5% and the sproutingtime 34.7%-71.4% than in room temperature for three types of minituber stuffs. But the buds grow thinner and longer. Changedtemperature treatment is not effective to decrease the dormancytime that is shorter, but can shorten the dormancytime that is longer and decrease the sproutingtime 28.6%-50.0% for three types of minituber stuffs. And the buds grow thicker and shorter.
