摘  要:通过对马铃薯不同品种、自交实生薯家系、杂交实生薯家系等3类育种材料的微型薯在3种不同条件下休眠特性的分析,总结了3类育种材料的休眠特性及进行休眠调控的方法。结果表明,在室温(20℃)黑暗条件下,品种的休眠幅度为35~42d,自交家系休眠幅度为42~49d,杂交家系休眠幅度为49~63d;赤霉素处理能使3类育种材料的休眠期较室温下缩短25.0%~62.5%,休眠幅度缩短34.7%~71.4%,但芽长得纤细;变温处理能有效缩短休眠期较长的品种和家系的休眠时间,对缩短休眠期短的品种和家系的休眠时间效果不明显,但能使3类育种材料的休眠幅度较室温下缩短28.6%~50.0%,使芽长得较粗壮。赤霉素处理和变温处理均不能改变3种类型试验材料之间休眠幅度的差异。This paper is to analyze the dormancy characteristic of three types of minituber stuffs in three different promoting techniques of sproutpromotion. The result revealed that two families take more sproutingtime (the time takes from onesprouted to all) than varieties in three treatments. The diversity of the sproutingtimes of different stuffs is significant differences in all treatments. Gibberellins treatment can decrease the dormancytime 25.0%-62.5% and the sproutingtime 34.7%-71.4% than in room temperature for three types of minituber stuffs. But the buds grow thinner and longer. Changedtemperature treatment is not effective to decrease the dormancytime that is shorter, but can shorten the dormancytime that is longer and decrease the sproutingtime 28.6%-50.0% for three types of minituber stuffs. And the buds grow thicker and shorter.
