摘　　要：近几年,随着我国城镇化进程的快速发展,新型职业农民的素质教育同样也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。本文通过剖析城镇化和新型职业农民的内涵,以及两者之间的关系,指出当前农民素质存在的主要问题和形成的原因,提出在新型城镇化背景下,必须加大对新型职业农民素质教育的投入和扶持力度,让他们能够"回得去、留得住、用得上、干得好",成为未来农业生产的"领头羊"。In recent years, with the rapid development of China's urbanization, the quality education of new occupational farmer faced enormous development opportunities. In this paper, through the analysis on the connotation and relationship between urbanization and new occupational farmer, the main problems existing in the current farmers’quality and their causes were pointed out. In the context of new urbanization, the government must increase investment and support efforts to make the new occupational farmer be willing to go back and stay in hometown, doing their job well, and finally become the future leader of agricultural production.
