摘　　要：在工学交替模式下,高职院校职业道德教育存在观念滞后、成效不明显、评价简单化等问题。本文探讨并提出了构建职业道德教育的培养机制、形成校企合作互动教育模式、完善评价机制等对策,让学生愉快地接受职业道德教育,做一个有良好职业道德的人。This paper expounded some problems on professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges under the work-study alternation mode, such as the outdated concept, the unapparent effect, and the simple evaluation. And it proposed some measures like building the cultivation mechanism for professional ethics education, creating interactive education mode for school-enterprise cooperation and perfecting evaluation mechanism, which made the students accept the professional ethics education happily and become moral persons with good professional ethics.
