摘  要:人才培养是高校的基本职能。高校培养什么样的人及如何培养是相互关联的两个关键问题。美国大学与学院联合会历经十年打造的项目——自由教育与美国承诺(LEAP)就致力于解决这两个问题。该项目一方面突破传统的学业成功指标,提出新时代背景下高校学生应予掌握的四项重要学习结果,并结合相关研究提出了有助于达成重要学习结果的十项教育教学举措。对我国高校而言,明晰作为顶层设计核心的人才培养理念、提升学习品质、整合通识与专业学习、构建基于研究与实践的教育教学举措将有助于切实提高人才培养质量。Talent cultivation is the basic function of universities. Fostering what kind of students and how to cultivate students are two interrelated problems in universities. Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) launched a decade-long initiative--Liberal Education and America's Promise (LEAP) focus on these two issues. The LEAP broke through the traditional academic achievement indicators, and proposed four important learning results of college students should grasp in the new era, and put forward ten educational teaching measures being helpful to achieving the important learning results. Based on the research, we should make clear the core concept of talent cultivation, improve leaning quality, integrate general education and professional learning, and develop effective educational practices based on research and practice to improve the quality of higher education.
