入世后提升护理临床师资队伍素质的应对方略

摘　　要：护理临床师资队伍素质的高低,与护理教育事业的发展息息相关。作者针对入世后教育市场开放的大趋势,提出应强化护理师资队伍的创新素质、健康人格素质、开放研究素质,并提出积极培养和选拔合格人才,建立合理有效管理体系,研究临床护理教学新模式的师资队伍素质的管理方略。The quality of clinical nursing teachers'quality is closely related with the development of nursing teaching.Aiming at the tendency of opening educational market after entrance of WTO,the author in this paper proposes that creativity quality of clinical nursing teachers,healthy personality quality and open minded research quality should be strengthened.The author meanwhile comes up with management strategies like active cultivating and selection of qualified nursing talents,construction of rational effective administrative system and a novel mode for studying clinical nursing teaching.
