摘　　要：葛根是中国一种古老的药用植物,现在,它被认为是药食两用植物。随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强,它的价值日益受到重视。本文比较全面地介绍了葛根的研究进展、应用及发展前景。Pueraria DC is a kind of ancient medicinal plant in China,and nowadays it is reg arded as both medicine and food.With the improvement of living standard and the development of health consciousness people pay much more attention to it.Research situation about Pueraria DC on basic function factors and application prospect are reviewed in this article.
