女性前牙反下颌骨生长趋势的二维有限元研究—从替牙期到恒牙早期

摘　　要：目的 用有限元法分析女性前牙反(?)患者从替牙期到恒牙期下颌骨生长发育趋势,为前牙反(?)的预防和矫治提供理论参考。方法 用专门建立的颅颌面形态有限元分析系统对样本的头颅侧位定位片进行二维有限元分析。结果 从替牙期到恒牙早期,所有单元的Emax均为拉应变,所有单元面积均有不同程度增加,以颏前下部面积增加最多,绝大多数单元形状变化大于大小变化。绝大多数单元呈逆时针生长方式。下颌骨升支和体部的生长仍呈多向性,在面积增加的同时,旋转方向也各不相同,形状也发生了一定变化。结论 女性前牙反(?)患者下颌骨在M-P期生长发育过程中表现出了一些与D-M期不同的特点。各单元在生长变大的同时,形状变化更为明显,可能对下颌骨形态、大小及位置异常起重要作用。Objective To analyze the growth and development tendency of mandibles of patients with anterior crossbite from mixed dentition period to permanent dentition period . Method A special developed finite element analysis computer system for cranial facial morphology was used to perform two - dimensional analysis of lateral cephelograms of the sample. Results From mixed dentition period to permanent dentition period, the maximum strains of all the elements were tension strain. The area of all the elements increased in deferent degree. The anterior and lower components of the chin increased most . The shape changes of most elements were larger than size change, with counterclockwise growth pattern. The growth of the body and ramus of mandible was still politropism, and showed change of shape and direction of rotation as well as increase of the area. Conclusion The growth of mandible of patients with anterior crossbite in M - P period showes some deferent characteristics from which in D - P period. All the elements showes apparent shape change and grow larger. This may contribute to the abnormal of the shape, size and position of the mandible.
