摘　　要：分析了高校科技企业所具有的资源优势人力资源优势、项目成果优势、环境优势,以及著名企业和品牌产品等优势。提出了中国加入世贸组织后高校科技企业的发展方向是走集团化和社会化的道路。探讨了挖掘高校科技企业发展潜力的有效途径转变管理模式,实施人才战略,加速科技成果转化和产业化进程,打造品牌产品等,以应对入世挑战。?This thesis is designed to analyze the advantages in terms of resources possessed by university hightech enterpriseshuman resources,scientific research,healthy environment as well as the wellknown brands and their highquality products. The thesis also proposes that after China's entrance into WTO their further development lies in socialization and intensivisation. This thesis suggests that university hightech enterprises can take the advantage of their potentials through the change of management patterns,commercialization of some products,introduction of more wellknown products.
