摘　　要：绩效技术正在成为教育技术学科日益关注的一个领域,从目前国内对绩效技术的认识与研究角度,急需从理论上对绩效技术进行梳理和归纳,该文研究的出发点即在于此。该论文侧重于探讨绩效技术的起源与发展,以及它与教学技术的关系,最后提出将绩效技术的理论和方法应用于教育信息化实践以促进教育信息化进程中绩效的提高。Study on the theory of Performance Technology is urgent in China since it has become an important research and practice educational technology field. The origin and worldwide development of Performance Technology is overviewed in this article. The relationship between the performance technology and instructional technology is discussed. And it is expected that the theory and method of performance technology can be applied in the practice of IT in education in China.
