摘　　要：国有企业经济的发展 ,从某种意义上讲 ,关键是人力资源管理的水平高低。要搞好国有企业人力资源管理 ,就要掌握国有企业人力资源管理中存在的主要问题 ,从而更好地解决这些问题 。The development of state owned enterprises' economy, in a sense,depends on manage ment level of human resources. The good management of human resources starts with understanding the existing problems, thus solving the problems,promoting the economy development of stateowned enterprises.
