摘　　要：世界高等教育已呈现综合化、信息化、教育、科技、经济一体化及国际化的发展趋势 ,给我国高等教育的人才培养模式带来一系列的冲击。经济体制转轨、经济结构的战略性调整 ,要求高校对学科专业结构等进行适应性调整。对于合并组建不久的内蒙古民族大学来说 ,科学定位、明确总体目标是学校发展的根本保证 ;调整学科专业结构、构建新的多元人才培养模式。Golbal higher education have appeared the tendency of comprehension,information and unify of education,science and economy,which have brought some lashes to training talent of higher deucation in China.The couses structure of higher education is required to adjust,thanks to economic system reform and economic construction adjustment .The important guarantee for the Inner Mongolia university for Nationalities that is has just combined is scientific orientating and definition general goal.So,the key of university development is adjustment courses structure and buiding new multiple talents in order to guaratee the quality of teaching.
