浅析激励导向制的教学管理方式

摘　　要：在高等学校传统的以监控为主的教学管理方式和学生管理方式有其必要性但也有不足。我们从宏观层面教学管理要采用激励导向制的教学管理方式,它的内涵及优势可以逐渐形成优良的治学风气。重新制定评价学生的新标准,充分利用考试的作用,激发学生的实践,创新热情,逐渐形成优良学风。最终形成优良校风有利创新人才的培养。The necessary and insufficient of the traditional teaching manage and students manage pattern main by controling are detailed discussed.The intension and superiority of the teaching manage of encouragement leading and macro-control are discussed ,the good style of pursuing one’s studies is slowly taken form.The necessary of making new standards of appraise students and new standards are simply discussed.The affections of a examination are making fully use. The students enthusiasm of the practise and bringing forth new ideas are encouraged.The good style of study is slowly taken form, the good school spirits are lastly taken form and it helps the training men for qualified personnel.
