摘　　要：学生的注视点影响着动作技术的掌握及运动成绩的提高。教师要善于观察,不断调整学生的注视点,使之符合动作技术的要求,创造出好成绩。Students’ sight will affect the mastering of action technique and the improvement of sport achievement, so teacher should be good at observation and continually adjust the students’ sight, making them fit the requirement of action technique and creat good achievement.
