摘　　要：本文对高校人事管理信息系统建设现状进行了分析 ,阐明了网络系统建设的必要性 ,研究了高校人事管理系统的构建结构及管理方式 ,介绍了系统设计方法及功能特点。This paper makes an objective analysis of the demands to set up the personnel management system in colleges and universities, and expounds the necessities of network system. In addition, system's structures and management models are discussed. Finally, the system's designs and functions are mainly introduced.
