摘　　要：综述了魔芋制品(包括可溶性食用薄膜、食品保鲜剂、生物全降解薄膜、缓释剂、魔芋飞粉等)的环保作用在食品工业、农业和建筑行业中的应用现状、潜在用途及发展方向。This paper reviews the enviroment protective effects of the konjac product on the applicative condition,potential purpose and development trend in these in these industries such as food,agriculture,constrction etc.,including dissoluble edible film,food storage agent,bil- disassemble film,release agent,konjac powder etc.
