摘　　要：高等财经院校的法学专业,要培养出符合现代社会需要的高素质的法律人才,必须转变教育观念,加强法律职业教育,改革法学教学方法,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,突出财经类院校的特色。In order to cultivate qualified professionals of law, specialty of law in economic colleges must renew the concept of education, strengthen the vocati onal education of law, reform the teaching method, bring the students' initiativ es to a full play, and highlight the features of the economic colleges.
