摘　　要：“身教”是我们党思想政治工作最基本原则和方法。“身教”在思想政治工作中具有导向作用、凝聚作用、约束作用、激励作用。实施“身教”,必须提高自身整体素质,密切联系群众,做到言行一致,为民办实事。The thought of teaching others by one's own example is the basic principle and method by which our Party performs ideological education. It has the function of orientation, integration, restriction and inspiration. To implement the thought of teaching others by one's own example, we must improve our over-all quality, maintaining close ties with the masses and doing practical things for the people.
