摘 要:[目的 ]建立一种快速消解并同时测定保健食品中微量铅和汞的方法。 [方法 ]采用微波消解样品 ,氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法同时测定保健食品中的微量铅和汞。 [结果 ]方法简便、快速、准确 ,灵敏度高。方法检出限铅和汞分别为 0 10 μg/L、0 3 5 μg/L ,平均回收率铅和汞分别为 94 2 %、10 3 9%。对铅含量为 10 0 μg/L、汞含量为 10 0 μg/L的样品连续测定 8次的相对标准偏差分别为 2 2 9%、3 61%。 [结论 ]保健食品中的微量铅和汞可以用氢化物原子吸收法同时测定。To find a methed of digesting health food rapidly and simultaneously determining trace amounts of Pb and Hg in health food In this paper,trace amounts of Pb and Hg in health food were determined by microwave oven digestion - hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry The method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive The detection limit of this method was 0 10μg/L for and Pb 0 35μg/L for Hg Pb and Hg of the average recovery ratio was 94 2% and 103 9% Pb and Hg in sample was detected for eight times at the level of 10 0μg/L and the ralative standard was 2 29% and 3 61% [Conclusion]Trace amounts of Pb and Hg in health food can be simultaneously determined by hydride generation-AAS
