摘  要:针对船体中常见的加筋板结构 ,在矩形方板上运用了 3种不同尺寸的 T型材 ,采用“井”字形和“ ”字形两种加筋形式设计了 4个板架模型 ,将模型四边刚性固定 ,在板中央放置炸药 ,分别对其进行了水下接触爆炸试验。爆炸作用下板架模型均以花瓣形破裂 ,产生大面积的破口 ,不同形式和尺寸的加强筋对板架的破坏程度具有不同的影响。通过对破口尺寸和形状的观测 ,分析了加强筋对破口长度的影响 ,提出了板架结构加强筋相对刚度 Cj的概念 ,描绘了不同尺寸加强筋在不同炸药量下对板架结构破口范围的影响。同时 ,对现有的水下接触爆炸作用下的破口长度估算公式进行了修正 ,给出了考虑加强筋影响的破口计算公式 ;经过比较 。Aiming at the stiffened plate structure, which is commonly used in vessels, 4 stiffened plate models are designed. In these models, 3 different types of T section stiffeners, which are laid out with the shape of '#' or '' , are placed on a rectangular steel plate with the same measurement. All the models are fixed rigidly by 4 edges and the charge is placed at the center of the plate in the water. After the underwater contact explosion, these models are all cracked to several petals from the center of the plate and big areas of crevasses are produced. The stiffeners of different size and different form influence the damage effects of the plate membrance to a different degree. Through the measurement and observation on the dimension and shape of the crevasses, the influence of the stiffeners on the length of the crevasses is analyzed. A new concept of C j which indicates the relative stiffness of the stiffeners on a stiffened plate, is brought forward and the effect on the crevasse range of the stiffened plate structure can be described by C j under different type of stiffeners and different quantity of charge. At the same time, the estimate equation of the length of crevasse subjected to underwater contact explosion is revised. A new equation to calculate the size of the crevasse is put up considering the influence of the stiffeners. Compared the new equation with the old one, the new equation agrees with the experiment data much better.
