摘　　要：将域上指数有界的谐零代数的Nagata-Higman定理推广到了一般的环中。In this note, the Nagata-Higman theorem about nil algebras of bounded index is generalized widely. Our theorem states that if R is a ring such that x'=0 for all x∈R and a fixed positive integer n, and R is nltorsion-free, then R^(2^n-1)=0.
