葡萄多糖-2的分离及其组成单糖的分析

摘　　要：采取葡萄干浸泡,匀浆后热水提取,Sevag法除蛋白,DEAE SephadexA 25柱层析得葡萄多糖 2.葡萄粗多糖水解物经纸层析及糖脂乙酰酯衍生物气相色谱分析,证明其单糖组成主要为鼠李糖(Rhamnose)、阿拉伯糖(Arabinose)、木糖(Xylose)、甘露糖(Mannose)、葡萄糖(Glucose)和半乳糖(Galactose),其摩尔比为0.90∶4.51∶0.14∶0.20∶0.09∶2.84.The raisins were immersed, homogenized and extracted from the water. By getting rid of protein with Sevag method and separating through the DEAESephadex A25 column chromatography, the VLP2 was obtained. By the paper chromatography and the gas chromatography analysis of acetylated aldononitides it was tesified that the main ingredients of Monosaccharide composing the hydrolysates of VLP2 are Rhamnose, Arabinose, Xylose, Mannose, Glucose and Galactose and the mole rate of them are 0.90∶4.51∶0.14∶0.20∶0.09∶2.84.
