摘　　要：辅导员的职业幸福感关系到学生的成长成才以及育人目标的最终实现,本文从幸福感的定义入手,分析高校辅导员职业幸福感的内涵,指出高校辅导员职业幸福感缺失的现状,并对现状进行原因分析,指明了提升高校辅导员职业幸福感的价值所在,探讨重塑辅导员职业幸福感的对策。Counselors' Professional happiness is related to students' growth and success, and ultimately achieve the goal of educating people, this paper starting from the definition of happiness, analysis connotation career happiness college counselors, pointed out that the current situation of the missing counselors career happiness, cause analysis and status quo, indicates the college counselors to enhance the value in career happiness, counselors discuss reshaping career happiness strategies.
