摘  要:经济发展与社会进步对于高校的人才培养提出了新的要求。人格培育理论和实践可以将大学生的内在精神与外在行为相统一,在此视角下,通过提高大学生的情绪智力和鼓励组织公民行为,可以有效促进完善和提升大学生的人格状况。大学生自觉主动提升情绪智力,表现组织公民行为,同时高校管理者重视和实施人格培育系统工程,通过师生努力,以期培养出人格完善、能力突出、行为合理的高素质人才。Economic development and social progress for personnel training colleges put forward new demands. Personality theory and practice of cultivating the inner spirit of college students and external behavior can be unity, in this perspective,by improving college students 'emotional intelligence and encourage organizational citizenship behavior, can effectively promote the improvement and upgrading of college students' personality. Students consciously take the initiative to enhance the emotional intelligence, the performance of organizational citizenship behavior, attention and implementation of university administrators personality cultivation systems engineering, through the efforts of teachers and students in order to cultivate a personality perfect, outstanding ability and reasonable behavior of highly qualified personnel.
