摘　　要：以"社会需求"为导向设置专业课程群,是行政管理专业教育与社会接轨的桥梁,是行政管理专业生存下去的保证,也是发挥行政管理专业优势、办出专业特色的有效途径。行政管理专业人才培养及课程群设置中存在诸多问题。通过人才需求调查分析,锚定行政管理专业人才的核心胜任能力,据此提出行政管理专业课程群建设的相应思路,以期为高等教育教学提供参考。"Social demand"as a guide to set curriculum group, is the bridge of administrative professional education and social integration, is the gurantee to ensure that administrative professional to survive, but also an effective way to play professional advantage, and do professional characteristics. There are many problems and administrative professional tra-ining courses in group settings. Investigation and analysis by personnel needs, anchored administrative professionals of core competencies, thus puts forward ideas administration curriculum group construction, so as to provide a reference for higher education.
