摘　　要：文章对目前流行的国内部分线性代数教材和引进的几本美国原版教材进行了分析与比较,指出在内容编排、内容处理、逻辑体系等方面存在的不同,就线性代数教材的发展方向及内容改革提出了有关建议。This article analyzed and compared the domestic part of the popular linear algebra textbooks and the introduction of several American original materials, in terms of content in different layout, content processing, such as the existence of a logical system, the development and direction of linear algebra textbook content reform put forward the proposal.
