摘　　要：公共危机管理课程的教学目标是培养积极而有效地参与公共危机管理的参与者,教学内容除公共危机管理的体制、机制等,还应当包括常见公共危机事件的应对知识和能力,在教学方法上应增强情景模拟、案例分析等实践性教学环节。Teaching goal of public crisis management is to foster citizens of the active and effective participation of public crisis management. Its teaching content in addition to the public crisis management system and mechanism, etc., shall also include knowledge and ability to cope with the common and ordinary public crisis events. On the teaching method, should strengthen the scene simulation teaching, case analysis teaching, and other practice teaching links.
