少数民族双语教师培训汉语口语教学的几点思考

摘　　要：双语师资是制约新疆地区尤其是南疆双语教育的瓶颈,而口语则是制约少数民族双语培训教师汉语教学能力的瓶颈。针对目前少数民族双语教师培训汉语口语教学的现状及成人语言学习的特点,在培训过程中一定要注重讲授分析问题、解决问题的方法,扩展加深分析问题、解决问题的角度和深度,这样才能真正留下一支带不走的队伍。Bilingual teachers are the bottleneck of restricting the bilingual education in Xinjiang, especially in southern Xinjiang, while speaking is the bottleneck of restricting the bilingual teaching ability. At present, the minority bilingual teachers training in spoken Chinese teaching situation and adult language learning characteristics, in the training process should pay attention to teaching methods to analyze and solve problems, deepen the expansion to analyze and solve the problems of angle and depth, it can not take away leaving a team.
