摘　　要：近年来,部分高职院校为顺应健康产业发展,开始培养健康管理专业人才。本文主要介绍了目前高职院校健康管理专业的人才培养现状,并从政策导向、岗位需求、培养体制、实践应用等方面提出建议。In recent years, some vocational colleges have developed health management professionals to meet the development of health industry. This paper mainly introduced the current situation of talent training in health management major in vocational colleges. Besides, some suggestions on policy guidance, post demands, training system and practice application, were put forward in this article.
