基 金:肇庆学院实践教学改革研究项目"体验式心理健康课程教学的理论与实践"的研究成果
摘 要:目前的大学生心理健康课普遍存在教学内容理论化、教学形式课程化等问题。本课题组在广东省某高校试行了2年的探索,设立实验组和对照组班级,在实验组将心理互助小组、朋辈心理讲堂等项目纳入课程,结果发现在教学反馈、作业质量等方面实验组班级明显好于对照组。提示体验性的心理健康课可以有效改善教育教学的效果。At present,there are many problems in the course of college students’mental health,such as theorization of teaching content and curricula of teaching form.This research group has been exploring for two years in a university in Guangdong Province.The experimental group and the control group have been set up.In the experimental group,mutual psychological assistance groups and peer psychological lectures have been included in the curriculum.The results show that the experimental group is obviously better than the control group in terms of teaching feedback and homework quality.It suggests that experiential mental health course can effectively improve the effect of education and teaching.
