摘　　要：目前,大学课堂教学方面做了很多改革,但大部分的学生还是对课堂授课失去兴趣。高校教师需要通过授课方式(如问题式教学)、考核方式(以学生为主)改革,提升教师个人魅力,加强学习效果反馈等方面提高教学的质量和效果,让学生在课程学习中得到实惠,由被动学习到主动学习。The university has undertaken a number of significant the classroom teaching reform at present, but most of the students lose interest in classroom teaching. Teachers should improve teaching quality and effectiveness by reformed of teaching methods such as problem-based teaching and examination mode of student-oriented, improved teachers' personal charm and strengthened the learning effect feedback, and so on. Make sure the benefits reach the student in the course, and it help students to be changed from the passive learner to the active one.
