摘  要:在学生日益多样化、科研日益综合化和服务日益市场化的新形势下,如何将教与学、教与研相统一,实现大学按计划招生与学生毕业后按市场需求参与竞争的完美对接,是中国高等教育教学亟待思考与解决的问题。基于"人性本善"的价值预设,阐释了心理资本及其在大学生学习领域的效能;从专业技能培养的角度,定义了大学生心理资本;综合大学专业技能教育的特点与启发式教学思想,提出了基于心理资本的大学专业课启发式教学的创意;从教学目标、教学重点、教学难点、教学过程设计、归纳小结、作业布置、课程考核几个环节探讨了基于心理资本的大学专业课启发式教学组织与设计,以实现"助学、筑梦、铸人"大学教育教学目标,体现大学教师的教学能力、研究能力、服务能力等教学学术水平。In an increasingly diverse student and research increasingly growing market integration and service the new situ-ation, how to teaching and learning, teaching and research of unity, to achieve the planned university enrollment and gradu-ates according to market demand to participate in the competition perfect butt, is thinking and problem urgently Chinese hig-her education. Based on"basically good"value preset, explained the psychological capital and its effectiveness in the field of study of college students;from the perspective of professional skills training, the definition of the students' psychological capital;characteristics of university education and professional skills heuristic teaching thought, put forward creative univer-sity courses based on heuristic teaching psychological capital;from teaching objectives, teaching points, teaching difficult, teaching design, induction summary, operating arrangement, curriculum assessment discusses several aspects of university courses based on heuristic teaching organizational psychological capital and designed to achieve"the student, dream, casting people"Teaching Objectives Pedagogical University, reflect teaching ability of university teachers, research capabilities, ser-vice capabilities, such as teaching academic level.
