摘　　要：课程设置是构建合理专业规则(教学计划、培养方案)体系、保证培养目标实现的主要环节,它是一定学校的培养目标在其课程计划中的集中表现。电大开放教育专业规则中省开课程占有重要的地位,本文在梳理河北电大省开课程开设现状的基础上,分析当前河北电大省开课程设置上存在的问题,并探究问题存在的深层原因,从管理视角提出改进和完善河北电大省开课设置的建议。Curriculum is to construct a reasonable professional rules (teaching programs, training programs) system to en-sure that the main part of the culture to achieve the objective, which is to develop target certain schools manifested in their curriculum plan.
