摘　　要：本文对高职院校连锁经营管理专业开展校企合作的模式进行研究,学院在校企合作中应重视激发企业的合作动力,分析企业合作动力来源,通过多种渠道建立合作关系,针对不同类型的企业建立符合其需求的合作模式。指出在连锁专业建设中应明确专业发展方向,形成自身优势,选择合适的企业开展校企合作,加强对学生的职业素养教育,增加校企合作中的企业收益,从而增强企业参与校企合作的动力。This paper chain management professional and vocational colleges to carry out school-enterprise cooperation model study, the college school-enterprise cooperation should pay attention to stimulate cooperative power companies to analyze business cooperation power sources, the establishment of cooperative relations through various channels for different types of the enterprises to establish a cooperative mode in line with their needs. Pointed out that professional development should be clear chain of professional development, the formation of their own advantages, choose the right business to carry out school-enterprise cooperation, to strengthen the students' professional quality education, increase school-enterprise cooperation in corporate earnings, thereby enhancing the enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation power.
