摘　　要：湖北工业大学以创新实践环节为依托平台,将导师制融入电气工程及其自动化专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施过程中,通过学校培养方案和企业培养方案的制订与实施,使学生在培养过程中始终接受近距离、专业化的指导,保障"卓越计划"实施过程中的个性化培养需求,为高校实现"卓越计划"高质量工程技术人才的培养目标提供借鉴与参考。Hubei University of Technology introduces the tutorial system into the implementation of'a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers(PETOE)', in the hope of providing professional guidance to the students during the university working program and the enterprise working program. The strategy can guarantee the personalized training requirements of PETOE, and can also provide reference for universities to develop and implement PETOE programs for the training objective of high quality talent.
