摘　　要：高校教师的素质是影响高校发展的一个至关重要的因素,而教师的职业道德也是组成高校教师素质十分重要的一部分,高校教师思想状况直接影响到高校的师资和科研水平。本文通过了解高校教师的思想状况的现状与特点,来对高校教师师德机制进行建设。College teachers' quality is a critical factor to affect the quality of the development of universities, teachers' professional ethics is an integral part of the quality of teachers is very important university, college teachers thought the situation directly affects the level of university teaching and research. By thinking of college teachers understand the status and characteristics of the mechanism for the construction of the ethics of university teachers.
