摘  要:麻醉学是一门实践性和应用性很强的医学学科,临床麻醉学涉及到多个医学分支学科的知识。随着医疗卫生事业的发展,对麻醉学专业人才的需求在量和质的两方面都不断升高。同时,对麻醉学人才的培养已不满足于本科和专科教育,麻醉学专业研究生的招生规模正在逐年扩大。由此麻醉学临床实践教学的重要性越来越突显,但传统的麻醉临床教学方法并未相应改善,临床教学的质量和效率急需提高。我院麻醉科进行临床教学方法的探索和改革,采用以模拟教学法为主导的多模式教学法进行专业研究生的临床教学。实践证明模拟教学法可以通过改善学生临床学习方法,从而提高研究生培养质量。Anesthesiology is a practical and applied strong medical disciplines, clinical anesthesiology involving multiple medical branches of knowledge. With the development of medical and health services, the demand for anesthesiology professionals in both quantity and quality are rising. Meanwhile, the training of anesthesiology personnel have been satisfied with undergraduate and college education, graduate enrollment anesthesiology is expanding year by year. Thus the importance of anesthesiology in clinical practice teaching more highlights, but the traditional teaching methods of clinical anesthesia no corresponding improvement in the quality and efficiency of the urgent need to improve clinical teaching. Our hospital anesthesia to explore and reform of clinical teaching methods, the use of simulation teaching method led to a multi-mode pedagogy graduate of clinical teaching. Proven simulation teaching method can improve students' clinical learning methods to improve the quality of graduate education.
