摘  要:"转动课堂"是渤海大学综合体制改革过程中的教学改革的阶段性成果,转动课堂理论是关于教学内容的"转"和"动",是关于教师和学生的"转"和"动"。教学课堂改革不仅要重视第一课堂的"转"和"动",更要有第二课堂的有益补充。关注第二课堂发展,就是关注整个转动课堂理论,关注第二课堂,就是为了更好地实践第一课堂的教学内容。'Flipped classroom' is the process of teaching reform in the system reform of Bohai University comprehensive achievements, flipped classroom theory is about the teaching content of 'transfer' and 'dynamic', is about the teachers and students of the 'transfer' and 'dynamic'. Classroom teaching reform should not only pay attention to the 'transfer' and 'dynamic' in the first class, but also have the beneficial supplement of the second classes. Pay attention to the development of the second classroom, is to focus on the whole theory of rotation, pay attention to the second classroom, is to better practice the teaching content of the first class.
