基于迭代式案例的软件工程专业人才培养体系建设

摘　　要：在面向服务外包的软件工程专业建设中,大部分课程属于ITO类工程技术课程。这些课程除了讲授基础知识和基本概念之外,更重要的是培养学生的ITO工程技术能力。在软件工程专业的实践教学体系建设中,采用了迭代式的工程案例,在工程案例的不同迭代版本中,覆盖相应课程的知识点和技术点。本文采用目前国际流行的MOOC模式进行工程案例的开发。通过学生参加学科竞赛和行业竞赛的获奖成果来看,上述基于迭代式工程案例的实践教学体系取得了明显的成效。Most courses are ITO engineering courses during the construction of service outsourcing-oriented software engineering major. The purposes of these courses are to not only teach the knowledge and concepts, but also cultivate the ITO engineering technology capabilities of the students. Iterative engineering projects are used in the construction of practical teaching system. The knowledge and technologies of related courses are covered by different iteration versions of engineering projects. The most widely used MOOC mode is used in the development of the engineering projects. Students of this major have got many prizes in major-related academic competitions and industry competitions. This shows that the practical teaching system based on iterative engineering projects have achieved remarkable effects.
