摘　　要：裁判是运动竞赛工作中不可忽视的重要环节,裁判员工作的好坏直接影响竞赛的质量。做为一名优秀的健美操裁判员,无论从理论水平、思想认识还是临场执法上,都要具备良好的心理素质,这是确保实现竞赛目的的基本保证。Referees play an important role in sports competitions. Whether or not a referee can do a good job affects the quality of competition. To become an excellent referee on calisthenics, good psychological quality is required, either concerning his thoughts or his skill level. This will ensure the goal of the competitions.
