玉米干法去皮脱胚实验研究

摘　　要：通过对玉米去皮脱胚设备工艺效果及条件进行实验研究 ,可知对于去皮脱胚设备采用碾削原理的设备其效果较剥刮原理的好 ;指出着水量、润粮时间、碾削作用时间等工艺条件对去皮脱胚效果有影响 ,并获得了最佳实验工艺条件 ,从而获得了品质优良的玉米粉。It was proved by the experiment that the effects of maize dehulling and degerming of the friction machine was better than that of the abrasive action machine and the effects were conditioned by the technological conditions, damping quantity and moist corn time and friction acted time. The best technological conditions and high quality maize flour were obtained by the experiment.
